Going by the endings of SF4, most likely they happened in this order. Ryu, Sagat, Rose, and Zangief destroy one Seth clone each. Viper kills Seth. Bison takes back his essense he left in Rose plus something else. Chun-Li gets trapped. Guile takes SIN data.
Abel fights a Seth clone and helps Guile. Gen protects Chun-Li. Guile rescues Chun-Li. Balrog escapes with unknown child. Akuma destroys a Seth clone. Gouken fights and defeats Ryu. Akuma and Gouken fight. For the other endings they all might of happened before or after the main story. This is my guess of what SF 4 story is, based on prologues and endings. Which prologue have happened? Which endings do happen? Again, near all of them, in one way or another.
But if you take it only as an opinion from Seth who just beat one strong opponent one of his clones loyal to Bison , and then think every is fine, before everything finally goes wrong, then it may happen.
It is impossible for Cammy to destroy the data after Vega and Chun Li take them out, because Vega launch some protection process that nearly kills Chun Li. Near all endings seem to happen in SIN base, should we disregard that?
