In those 31 years they have become aware that not all people just want to have a good time with a community of people who feel the exact same way. Two years ago the Tarleton Student Counseling Services sat down with the Taylor family to talk about ways to keep the festival goers safe.

This event is for everyone, not only people who are going to LJT. These safety and bystander tips can be used anywhere not just at LJT. Get a real designated driver or use Lyft, Taxiville or some service like that. If you are going to consume alcohol make sure it is in a sealed can when you get it and you are the one to open it and you are the one who hangs on to it. That way you know how much you have had and what you are having. I could not agree less.

I you want to see female artists perform, then find out where they are playing and make a trip, buy their swag, and enjoy their music. People rarely stick around to see an entire show when a female artist is playing. Most not all female acts just do not have the energy that the guys do. LJT is one helluva good time and it is about good music and fellowship; this festival is not about providing the most diverse music. Trigger March 8, am. From all accounts, LJT does a great job. I do think festivals and organizations should work to be more inclusive.

These sites are located at the front of section F on the camping map. By reserving a Keystone non-reserved campsite you will be guaranteed a campsite, however these sites are not marked off and the location of your campsite will be on a first come, first serve basis when you arrive.
