I highly recommend this law practice. Pamela was everything I needed while going through my divorce. Annie, the office paralegal was invaluable! It's hard for me to find the words to fully express how wonderful they are. You will be in good hands with them. Nancy R. My experience with the law office of Pamela was breath taking. Being a male that is faced with being a single parent and your rights are being tampered with in the state of Massachusetts is rough.
Without her I would have never had the chance to be a great Father for my pre teen. Many lawyers take your money and do nothing for it. Pamela stands for justice, and refuses for our corrupt system to dictate our future. Annie the secretary is one hell of a attorney's assistant who as well was a huge piece of my life and win!
Thank you for everything!!! Kelby C. I was fortunate enough to hire Pam many years ago for a complex legal matter and I'm grateful for her representation. As a business owner, I deal with attorneys on a regular basis for different issues, but anything of consequence always goes to Pam.
What has impressed me the most is her competence in her field, her ability to explain things in detail, and the way she interacts with her clients. She always takes the time to return my calls as soon as she can. No matter how busy she is, she will get back to you, and mind you, that is rare for attorneys. If you have a case that involves family law, estate planning or running a business, you couldn't possibly be in better hands.
Steve P. Pamela Schaefer provided me with the guidance and advice I needed to feel confident at every stage of the process. Her entire team is responsive, professional, and went the extra mile for me. Louie S. Pam Schaefer represented me more than once; I'd hire her again without hesitation.
She successfully helped me win two complicated cases one in probate court and the other in land court. Pam knowledgeably explained my legal options to me and at the same time, she was quite empathic.
Perhaps most importantly, she was effectively bold during negotiations with opposing council and in the court room. I highly recommend her.
Susan S. I am so appreciative of all the good advice and support I received from Pamela during simultaneous litigation with a current divorce and a first wife. I represented myself due to my financial circumstances and used Pamela for questions I had. Pamela was able to give me insight into Massachusetts divorce law, the rules of the divorce court, and the quirks of individual family court judges that were a key for me in succeeding.
She knows this stuff inside and out! Pamela also was supportive of me from an emotional standpoint as well with the crazy stuff I was going through. Finally, I was so upset with a decision of the judge that I decided to appeal this to the Massachusetts Appeals Court myself.
I put in an enormous amount of my own time and energy into writing my brief. Pamela also helped with this process and also agreed to file the brief for me. In the end this was a great success as my ex-wife and her lawyer decided to agree to modify the judgment in my favor rather than go forward to the Court of Appeals. David L. I was referred to Pam and her team through a friend.
There are many attorneys, but it is hard to know who will actually work in your best interest and not in the best interest of their bank account. I am very thankful to Pam, getting divorced is a painful and difficult time , her guidance, advice and expertise made the situation as painless as possible. She is well known and respected with in the system, I was lucky to have the law office on my side.
The courts verdict was in my favor, to be honest, I didn't expect for everything to end up as good as they did. I also paid much less than I had anticipated. If you are looking for someone who cares, has values, ethics, and is a fighter, you won't be disappointed. Kama C. I would definitely highly recommend Attorney Pamela Schaefer and her staff. Pam and her staff got me through a difficult time with my divorce. They were great to work with.
They listened and gave me the proper insight to be able to digest what was going on around me. Pam personally handled my case and she was good.
